Shop Policies


In stock items are shipped between 2-3 business days via Íslandspóstur (Iceland Post) or other national carriers internationally when the parcel arrives in that country. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur. All parcels are shipped with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges:
Items are only eligible for returns and exchanges for 15 days starting when the item is marked as delivered. Contact us within that time to authorize the return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and additional exchange shipping costs.

Replacements are only made in the event that the received product is damaged, defective or the wrong item is sent to you.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized Orders

Requests for cancellations may only be made before the item is shipped. 

Conditions of return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost/Missing Packages:
This shop is not responsible for packages lost or missing in the mail. However we will do what we can to help you locate them.
